This townhome has a small back yard accessible only through the house up 2 flights of stairs. The owner wanted to hear and see running water. I designed a small pond, stream bed and waterfall modeled after an alpine plant community. Colorado Blue Spruce trees and dwarf pines define the "forest" and dwarf colorful herbaceous perrenials and ground cover decorate the stream bed. Contract price: $5,800 |
